The extended 4-day weekend saw Homecoming’s busiest schedule yet, starting with the pre-event WME dinner, welcome party, art tour, pop up, panel talks, celebrity football match, concert and the Homecoming x Mac Cosmetics Brunch.

Homecoming returns to Lagos on Easter Weekend - The festival brings Nigerian firsts for Central Cee, Black Sherif and Arrdee who are joined by Asake, Rema, Midas the Jagaban, SGaWD, Fave, Zinoleesky and many more. Alongside Pop-Ups ft local and international brands, an Art Tour, and an educational Panel series we celebrate our return to the continent! Featured in Vogue, The Face, Pulse, i-D and many more.

Homecoming launches a 3-year partnership with Manchester International Festival — A story of cultural exchange between the UK and Nigeria. We reunite our community in real life; the show is pure LIVE energy: NSG, Pa Salieu, Teezee, Midas the Jagaban plus Lojay’s first live performance steals the show. Our annual Notting Hill Carnival party returns to West London.

Homecoming Digital launches. We partner with Browns Fashion to stock 15 African designers at their flagship store and online, and present a virtual festival celebrating fashion, music, community and learning including Virgil Abloh, Stephen Tayo, Daily Paper, Free The Youth and many more representing.

Homecoming Festival returns to Lagos — Stars include Poco Lee & Naira Marley, Tems & Rema. Partnerships between local and international brands launch at the Pop-Up including collaborations between WAF & Patta as well as Motherlan & Awake. We return to Notting Hill Carnival.

Homecoming Festival launches in Lagos, Nigeria — Davido, Wizkid, J Hus and Skepta, are amongst the performing artists, with Naomi Campbell opening the show. Off-White launches for the first time in  Lagos at the Homecoming Pop Up. We hit Notting Hill Carnival & Boiler Room. Julie Adenuga documents our journey for Apple Music - Watch Part 1 & Part 2

Homecoming launches its first ever show in Nigeria with a capacity of 300 people at The African Artists Foundation. Headlined by Skepta and Wizkid - the first of its kind, Lagos history is made.
